How does Léa answer on my current number?
You keep your number: a simple call forward (we set it up together) routes your calls to Léa. You can disable it at any time.
What if Léa does not know the answer?
She takes a precise message and notifies you immediately. Depending on your rules, she can also transfer the call to your line.
Will my customers know they are talking to an AI?
Yes, and it is deliberate: Léa says in her very first sentence that she is an artificial intelligence and that she takes notes. This transparency is a guarantee of the product and cannot be switched off - it puts the caller at ease and protects you legally. Everything else in the greeting is customisable: your assistant’s name, the tone, how your business is introduced.
Is my data protected?
Yes. Data stored in the European Union, GDPR compliant, never resold. One exception we would rather spell out: the conversation and its transcript go through an artificial intelligence model provider established outside the European Union, which guarantees no European location for the processing. You own your data and can export or delete it.
Can I try before subscribing?
Yes. The 7-day free trial gives you 60 minutes on a dedicated number; a payment card is required to prevent abuse, and you can cancel in one click before the trial ends.
How long do you keep my call data?
The word-for-word transcript of a call is automatically deleted after 30 days. The summary, the caller’s details and the appointment stay in your account. That is a deliberate choice: Appellia passes information on, it does not archive it for you. Your reference history belongs in your usual tool, and an “Export (CSV)” button in your call log lets you take everything with you whenever you want, to open in Excel or your own software.
