- How much does an AI receptionist cost with Appellia?
- Four monthly plans and a pay-as-you-go option, all shown on this page. The amounts are read straight from our single price list: there is no other list anywhere, neither in an article nor in a sales document.
- Is there a commitment?
- No. Plans are monthly and can be changed whenever you want. Elsewhere, a yearly commitment may lower the price but make leaving harder: always read the cancellation terms before comparing two offers.
- What happens when the plan runs out?
- It stops: the line no longer takes calls from the next one onwards, never in the middle of a conversation, and you are warned before it gets there. To carry on, you top up a prepaid balance: it carries over from one month to the next until it is used, and each minute is charged at the pay-as-you-go rate, with no mark-up. This is worth checking with any provider: some charge overage more than the plan itself.
- Are there hidden fees?
- The most common ones in this market are the phone number billed separately, call transfers, and features sold as add-ons. With Appellia, the number and the core features are included in the displayed price.
